Never stay there again. This place isn't ADA compliant, my husband never left the room all weekend. The casino was ok just too far away from the room.
circus circus is really a bunch of clowns. when I checked in the lady said I had to get a different room than what I had already paid for, I’m 6’6 I can’t comfortably fit on a queen bed, that’s why I specifically requested a king. I ended up having to stay in a ADA room and it was horrible. nothing
Would have been great if there was more (or should I say, any) information and customer service It really bothered me that there wasnt any type of brochure or information packet telling us what the hotel had to offer or the city itself. It bothered me so much that that's why I'm giving it this rating. It also bothered me there wasn't any information on the wifi. Disappointing
I got charged 2x and they told me they were sorry and couldn’t do anything about it. lots of checks ins, but only a couple people working. felt like I was at Walmart. was able to walk to different locations.
Disappointed Long slow lines to the understaffed front desk. No BELL at the Belk desk - everytime they were in the back chatting and wouldn't come out until loudly called. Felt some conniving was going on to rip the customer & pocket the money from the establishment and or others that may be on a share agreement. we were very disappointed in the Casio and the facilities as they seemed dated, worn and stale with smoke. the facilities and Casio seemed very old and dated. the room was clean and comfortable.
Disappointed. Hair in my bed Drain of shower was clogged AC unit was rattling and seemed broken
Will not return to Circus Circus Long, long wait at front desk due to only 1 to 3 people on - mostly 1. Edges of room carpet were not vacuumed on arrival. Room for my 91 yr old Dad, had a chip on the floor the entire stay. The Valet desk had no Bell and not enough Staff - absolutely frustrating. On arrival, (busy check in time) an Elevator wouldn't work, blocking everyone on the Lobby level until we could get a valet person to get it turned off. No Buffet. The location.
