Disappointing Key card door lock did not work. Had to make 3 long trips back and forth to check in counter to resolve problem. Had to wait almost 30 minutes in line each time. Refused room change to closer tower. Will not stay again
Never again. The circus circus was pack with lots of people and children In the casino floor. The tramway was not working so it was hard for me to walk to the other tower and then wait in the line for the elevator to take us to our room.
Poor Registration Registration service was bad
We were so miserable that we left the hotel at 1am Dirty, dated, overwhelming smell of bad perfume to mask smoke location in the ROW
