stay could have been better bathtub was clogged up in one room, heater did not work in another no microwave

Not worth the $400 a night I was charged. Could have just taken my kids to Chuck E Cheese. Very crowded and busy, hard to find a place for dinner without a long line, trying to navigate through the hotel with two children was stressful, just trying to stay out of the way of other people. My kids enjoyed the carnival and arcade games, but as usual with those kinds of things, you spend $80 and walk away with $3 worth of small prizes. We also enjoyed the restaurant near the arcade for breakfast.
Gonna think twice about staying there again. The noise level was awful, awful, two bad sleepless nights. And it was the outside noises, terrible. Location of room versus outside noises. We asked others and some said terrible 12 floor also. We have stayed at circus circus before and have never ever dealt with such a terrible sleeping experience. Room we were in was awful. Clean room.
not coming back not clean, elevators did not work, housekeeping did nothing but make the bed with the same sheets for a week and give new towels. facility was dirty and most things even during hot august nights was closed down location
will not be back the hotel is old and feels run- down. the arcade area for kids/ families was over priced and filthy. the food was all food court style and again, the dining area was filthy. Not enough staff overall to maintain or clean the common areas. the rooms were as expected and clean.
Fair One of the rooms had bad smoke smell. Staff was responsive and quickly remedied it with spray but smell lingered after spray wore off. Location was good.
