Good room. Staff MIA. Mysterious airport shuttle options. No concierge staff available at any time during my stay. Ambiguous and inconsistent web site and signs about airport shuttle. Essential airport shuttle information such as transit time unavailable. Endless mile walk from lobby to tower elevators. Lines for elevators. No good food options available at late hours. clean and good-sized room. Good a/c. Comfortable bed.
it The linen bedding didn’t seem clean. There was a stain of blood on my sheet and in one of the pillow cases were traces of dried up food. the coffee maker had mold in it. it is in downtown
it was ok but the price was kinda high coffee machine was broken didn’t have enough towels and it was kinda expensive where it’s located

DO NOT STAY AT CIRCUS CIRCUS Everything. The hotel was dirty and the staff not very pleasant. We were locked out of our bathroom the first night. We called reception to advise and it took more than 3 follow up calls to get someone. They decided to move us into another room at 2am! On our last night, the fire alarm started to go off around 7am. It took another 3 calls and they finally showed up at 9am to fix it. The staff was very unpleasant on both occasions, it ruined our trip for sure. Nothing.

Disappointing The room was not clean. Crumbs in bed, crumbs on chair, stuff on tub. The food court said it closed at 9. Two of the 4 places closed way b4 9.
