Bathroom needs an upgrade, there was mold in the caulk that was used around the tub, the toilet area smelled like pee that has been left sitting there for a while and the air vent was very dirty. The paper cups that came with the rooms were dirty; we asked for new ones and they were all the same. The staff’s were very nice and did their jobs quickly.

The room was clean, not super remodeled like it stated but definitely decent and spacious. Staff never at the front desk during check in was super sweet and seemed like she actually enjoyed her job! We ate at their second story food court and madame butterworks nearby and both were amazing and staff were the sweetest! To deal with THAT many ppl on a daily basis and still be extremely nice, helpful, and respectful is just amazing.
