Everything about the room and property was fine. Check in was a nightmare. Partially my fault, but for an hour and a half no one was helpful, even though I proposed several solutions. The answer was no, with no explanation as to why. FINALLY, someone showed up and said, "no problem!" and we were in our room within minutes. Staff could be more committed to problem-solving

Syaff was courteous, but the halls were so noisy There was a dog in the adjoining room that wouldnt stop barking from all the commotion.
