awful pretty much everything our room was dirty bad hair ties, bottle caps on the floor and then our toilet wouldn’t flush. got switched to a new room and that one the shower filled up with water so showering ended up being a bath. They only good part was the bed was comfortable.
O.K. place for a night, but nothing here to brag about. The elevator in the garage didn't work. Resort fee is almost as much as the nightly room rate, making the information on this site misleading. Not the bargain that it appears to be. Also, check-in was slow. From the check-in desk to the Skytower, where our room was, there are numerous sections of stairs with no elevator, so you have to lug your luggage up and down a bunch of stairs. Ok No valet service. Long check in line. No tram service. Being in far tower. Check in person was nice. Room was clean. Parking was free.
