Will NEVER Stay at Circus Circus Again Everything. No valet parking available. Parking structure was packed, parking spaces are too small. Had to schlep luggage up and down two sets of stairs to get to the check in desk. Two of us have bad knees and it was difficult. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Elevators were slow and had to wait 10+ minutes to catch one going down. Security guard finally got off on our floor and told us to take the next up elevator so we could go down. Poor We had issues with our card keys, I changed them 3 times and they never worked. Had to get security to let us in every time. I reported it to the front desk obviously. They did put a ticket to get it fixed but they didn't ,during our stay atleast. The day receptionist did discount the resort fee for both nights, she was very nice and apologetic . I also had requested 1king bed non smoking but was placed in a 2 queen smoking. When I told the receptionist from the night we checked in she informed me that I couldn't change... read more

We were very disappointed when we couldn’t use the credit card we used to book the hotel because we didn’t have the card rude front desk staff and manager, first night we have no air conditioning. but the second night after we let them know, they brought a new ac quick which was nice. only 2 pillows on each bed. the connections to the other hotels and restaurants. the games for kids. (Very nice housekeepers and maintenance staff)
