Needed a hotel in Reno. Had one of our worst hotel experiences ever. But nice shower massage. The smell, the noise, the flashing lights, the confusing signage, the fact that there didn’t seem to be any outside, and the bad drainage in the shower/bathtub. It exceeded my expecations in the sense that expected it would be a bad experience and it was even worse than I expected.

ok stay, the bed was not very comfortable. Internet was basically useless, the door loose but functional, the coffee machine not working, when I called guest service manager to tell her all those, she blamed me for not telling them earlier and not knowing how to use the coffee machine, come on.. Bathroom is big and clean
