Very disappointing Casino is sub par! There were limited slots available. Many were outdated or not working at all. There are no signs saying where things are. We asked an employee how to get to the other casino that was attached and she gave us completely wrong directions. If you are disabled, don't stay there. There are lifts, but you have to call someone to come activate it. I'm wishing I had spent the extra money and booked at another hotel. Room was comfortable and clean

Bad Dirty room had to change rooms because of it. Getting from one place to another very confusing. Shuttle doesn't work. Front desk were VERY RUDE! The machines
won’t stay there again, or in Reno downtown didn’t feel safe -long way between security & elevators- was harassed by a guys basically no food available after 9:00 PM location to downtown

Fair Most things were closed and only open Wednesday thru Sunday so we did get to do alot of things. Very disappointing It was convenient to stay for the concert we went to see.
ok no communication on how to get your luggage to the room conveniently without packing upstairs The room was a large and clean

trying to talk with someone that works there and not being able able to understand them the room was dirty, floor in the bathroom had hair all over it, trash in between dresser and desk. The 2 guys that helped with our luggage.
