This is the last time I stay here unfortunately. The parking is too far from rooms. Your automatically opted out of cleaning services. The lines in food court too long. Gambling tables were limited. price was a little cheaper than the other nearby hotels and the games for kids was close.
Termino medio! Mas seguridad para niños pequeños! Para ser una habitación de ( family friendly) la habitación estaba muy pequeña y la ubicación de el aire acondicionado en el suelo fue muy peligroso sobre todo porque estaba debajo de la ventana y los niños trataban de subirse al aire acondicionado para ver por la ventana que no está 100% segura para estar en el piso 22 El Área de juegos y la unión de otros hoteles y casinos! Very dirty room. When we got there someone had left their half drank coffee in the room with open sugar packets all over the table. There were water stains on the dresser. Someone had used our bathroom soap. All the towels were out of place. was not clean at all, I have never experienced anything so disgusting especially post covid. There was no compensation. Fair Staff was borderline surly. Food court shutting down @10 & 1030, advertised midnight. No safe in the room. Price.

probably won’t stay here again no swimming pool and online says that circus circus guests can use the pool next door at the silver legacy but this wasn’t true. Restaurant hours made it inconvenient for us so we drove out to other hotels or outside restaurants. a buffet was advertised in the elevator but according to hosts at other restaurants in silver legacy, the buffet had been closed since the shutdown of Covid there was an arcade for the kids

Fair We had to pay an extra $40 for a closer room near the lobby. Our rooms shower kept flooding. We called maintenance and reported the incident but nothing was ever done. They gave us a room with two queen beds when I’m sure there was a room available with a king like I originally booked. We stayed friday 5/20-5/22 in room 529. overall the arcade was fun, location was beautiful but the staff and the amentities were very poor. staff was very rude. Clean rooms, nice view...in the center of town so it was very accessible.
