Quick Elevator in garage was broken, escalator was broken, pain in the @$$ to get anywhere. Once we got to the room wasn’t bad.

It was ok. All the exit/entrace closures made for difficulty in getting around Entrances/exits closed off, train not working, confusing trying to get around The circus, the shows, the restaurants

Great value stay on the Reno strip I don't stay at Circus Circus expecting a pristine 5 star hotel. It is great for what it is and that is a very good value casino/hotel in Reno. The casino is fun, in a great location, and at a great value. Is it the fanciest? No, but that's not what you're looking for. It checks all the boxes you need.

Decent hotel with easy parking and good rooms, but long lines at check would dissuade me from staying here again. Check-in is very difficult and can take an hour because of long lines. If you’re lucky they email you a barcode so you can check in via machine. The hotel clearly does not care about customer service to make people wait so long to check in.
