We have lived here for over 7 yrs. Never had a problem, the management staff is great and the maintenance is AMAZING!.!!!! Special thank you to Robert, Edwin, Matt, Greg, Cherish, Quinlan, Jennifer, and Dana for being so thoughtful and gracious. E & Y

I lived here for 5 years 2016 - 2021 and had a plethora of issues. We could not wait to move out. The only reason I stayed for so long is because moving is expensive and the ONLY positive is the location of this apartment. I moved here 2 weeks before my wedding and my wife moved in after our wedding. After my wedding we left for our honeymoon and when we came back a week later on a Friday night I turned on the family room light/fan and sparks started shooting out. I lived in Citi Gate for just over 8 years, overall a really good experience experienced no personal property damage, and generally a pretty safe community for the most part. It’s apartment life, what can you expect it’s going to be transient and noisy from time to time... parking wasn’t an issue for me. I leased the optional garage with covered parking. However a definite improvement in residential services since Bell Partners took over property management. Inez and Ally were super cool and good to work with during my stay... read more

We have lived here since 2014. I want to thank Ally for being so gracious and going beyond management and calling to do a wellness check on us. We had changed cars and she was concern that our car had not moved and she called to ensure that we are well. My husband and I really appreciate her modest, gracious, kind thoughts.
