I have waited years for my disability claim to be approved in *************. While visiting **************** not only did I get a friend's claim approved in a day, I would have received my own approval had I not lived in *************. The **************** ALJ had informed my by phone. This place is relentless. They call me every day, all day, 3-4 times an hour between 9AM and 8PM, even though I have never contacted them, am not eligible for or trying to file for disability, and have requested to be removed from their call list more times than I can count at this point. They've told me repeatedly that I've been added to their DNC list, but clearly that is a lie.

Asked several times for this group to stop calling mine and my husbands phone. Yet every day, sometimes multiple, the call center reaches out to force a yes answer from us to handle SSDI. After seeing reviews and feedback that fees up to $9200 are charged by this random group, we have repeatedly tried to ignore communication. This is not a government agency and now it is harrassment.

I spoke with *****. I told him that I didn't have the medical documents that he needed. He told me I still qualified for Disability. ****** ****** was responsible for the process. They gave me a doctor to recieve medical care but when I called they are not accepting new patients! Family practice at ***************************************** Why would you suggest them? In my opinion Citizens Disability cannot help you! Don't bother to engage when they call!
