It was a lot of questions that had nothing to do with my disability. I am still trying to figure out my issues... Trying to work to make ends meet. I keep getting fired for using inappropriate language. ***** was kind and helpful.

The *** said I needed to send a letter & withdraw from Citizens Disability, & file through them. I did this a while ************ hear from them, & the *** said the claim was halfway done through Citizens Disability. I finally got a letter from them on 10/30/2024 stating they *********** also said they wouldnt waive their right to payment If I won the case. I called them back to see If they would re-open the case. The representative said no. I asked for them to waive any fee they might get since I never spoke to any attorney,... read more

Took way too long to get done. I was on the phone for over an hour. Also, there were times I did not understand what was being said. I was also asked some of the same questions over and over and had to spell several words for the operator.

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND THEY WORK OUT OF THE PHILIPINES NOT USA I told them to call me after 11 am the next business day. They called at 10:32 instead were impatient and someone from the *********** called my sister sent her all my documents and told her if she did not sign my documents I would not get SS. Her name was ***************. I did not authorize them to call my sister. They are also not allowed to take any of my SSD.This is not in the *** they hide behind their Massachusetts address. I HAVE ASKED THEM REPEATEDLY TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR CALL LIST, YET WHEN I BLOCK THEM, THEN JUST CALL BACK FROM ANOTHER NUMBER. I AM GETTING UPWARDS OF 15 CALLS A DAY, AND NEVER ONCE DID I ASK FOR OR NEED THEIR SERVICES. WHEN I TRY TO EXPLAIN THIS TO THEM THEY JUST HANG UP

This company has been calling me 5 to 10 times a day from different numbers, I tell them to stop calling ********* just call from another number. They have even called from a different number within seconds of being told I am not interested and hang up. I block each number yet the calls keep coming in. At this point they are harassing me and totally disregarding my request to remove my number from their list, They have zero respect for me, I am at a loss so here I am hoping for help.
