I will recommend CJ King to anyone wishing to buy a home in not just Fayetteville but North Carolina. My husband and I just purchased our second home using CJ King. She is absolutely incredible! We hit a pretty big hiccup at the beginning of the process and CJ handled everything like a true professional and i fully believe that without her, we wouldnt have been able to purchase our home. She really knows the laws and the business and nothing really catches her off guard or throws her off. She is a WIZARD! If we purchased 100 homes, we would choose CJ King over and over!

CJ helped us with our first mortgage and now with our refinance. She called, to let us know that the rate changed. We now have 400 dollars less to pay each month and skipped two house payments. Then, we received another check--4K that we could apply to the principle or spend as we like. She really helped us financially to make it through this difficult Covid19 pandemic.
