This place is AWFUL and a SCAM. My boyfriend and I rented from them, and we will NEVER again. Horrible communication, unfriendly and unprofessional staff, and maintenance doesn't fix a thing. We had MOLD and a water leak coming from one of our walls and they never fixed it. We tried and tried to get ahold of them with no returned phone calls or anything. Disgusting place.

My experience with CJ Real Estate was this morning only, and it was TERRIBLE!!! I had an appointment to view one of their properties. Someone was supposed to meet me there. A car drove in, and the guy got out and looked around outside, never recognizing that I was there. I thought he lived there. After waiting for 30 minutes in my car, I called the main office. I was told, "he's there or around somewhere, just wait a while." I ended up leaving. This is very poor customer service and this is a first impression moment.

CJ REAL Estate are THE WORTH PLACE TO LIVE IN THERE SO CROOKED , I WOULD'NT RECOMMEND NO ONE IN THERE RIGHT MINE TO LEAVE THERE IF I'D NEW BETTER I WOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY FIRST MINE AND NOT!!! MOVED IN THERE , I WAS ONLY THERE 6 MONTHS AND THERE WE 3 DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES SCREWING OVER PEOPLE , RENT MONEY AND EVERYTHING ELSE , EVERY WEEK THERE WERE AT LEAST 3-4 PEOPLE MOVNG OUT . IF YOU WANT AND LIKE NICE PLACE PLEASE " DON'T MOVE THERE PLEASE!!!!

My review is below. They have asked me to call them when I have repeatedly explained why I will not speak to them over the phone. There was a phone call that happened back in December when they took over my apartment complex and they claimed that it never happened. Therefore, I do not trust them. I have tried to tell them this and to contact me via Email but they ignore everything.

This company is terrible. We did not know who these guys were until our current management company gave some of their accounts to them back in December 2018. We were informed in a letter from our current management company that CJ was taking over and they would be mailing us information on how to pay them. I was not offered anyway to cancel the existing lease as a courtesy or anything. I waited approximately a week into December and called them regarding not having a way to pay them for rent. I Live in Columbia, Mo; wish I had a face to name CJ; that's my Brother's name whom together with my X husband tried to buy/sell my house from under me, leaving me; his sister; and nephew homeless; and nowhere to go! Lost my older son in 2009. Bad business. If it's not my brother whom lives in Lenexa, ks, I apologise.

Terrible Experience I've tried on 2 separate occasions to view a property this company has listed. I booked a time in advance and was rescheduled the same day. I was asked to choose a later time. I was super eager to see the property since my husband and I are hoping to expand our family and we need more space. I rescheduled for the later time and received a text asking me to confirm, which I did. We arrived promptly at our scheduled time only to find the current tenants in the driveway.
