I moved into a CJ Real Estate in Soulard. I love the unit and the organization as a whole have been very easy to work with. I had a concern with my assigned parking, but my original agent Ms. Carrie Rose and Tori Marshall responded to my concern ASAP. Two thumbs up to maintenance department, it take a minute to get my new blinds and toilet, which was due toCovid-19, sheltering in place ban, Jacob and Ryan rocked it out this week! Karen Strong

When I first started out I had a problem, thinking that I was talking to a agent from this company, but I was not. I started working with a young lady named Torie who I thought was not in my corner. As time progressed I found out that she was a wonderful person, and truly dedicated to her job. I like to say thank you for having patience, and be their for me even through the corona virus. The process was a little lengthy but with the help of Carrie Rose I was able to accomplish so much. She has been a great help and is a great addition to the team and has been doing an amazing job assisting meet accomplish everything whether that is helping me get into the tenant login, help me understand the lease, helping me be able to pay for the deposit and rent in person via money order, and it's just a really nice and amazing worker. I am so happy to be able to work with somebody like Carrie Rose during this process.

Overall the team is responsive and will get back to your concerns in a timely fashion. There is one individual at the St Louis office who just gets it. Her name is Carrie Rose and if she's on your team then you've got a 6 star player who's good with customers and owners alike. Her get it done attitude is fantastic! I've had some issues with the marketing not having current pictures of exterior and interior of properties being advertised, some struggles with make ready quality and oversight, lastly is the erroneous fees.
