Sheila went above and beyond by making sure our tenants were still getting good customer service when we were unable to complete repairs due to an accident. We have always prided ourselves in providing quick response times to tenants and when we couldn't ensure the repair was going to get completed, Sheila stepped in and coordinated everything for us and made sure our tenant was taken care of and took the stress away from me knowing she was really on top of it. The maintenence manager, Sheila, has went above and beyond with communication and getting a leaky ceiling in my apartment fixed. She personally contacted me everytime something changed and kept every step of the process completely transparent. I personally believe she made this situation as stress free for me as she could and I can't thank her enough for her patience and efforts to get stuff done. Truly an all star.
