Overall the team is responsive and will get back to your concerns in a timely fashion. There is one individual at the St Louis office who just gets it. Her name is Carrie Rose and if she's on your team then you've got a 6 star player who's good with customers and owners alike. Her get it done attitude is fantastic! I've had some issues with the marketing not having current pictures of exterior and interior of properties being advertised, some struggles with make ready quality and oversight, lastly is the erroneous fees.
