I’ve worked with Carrie and her St. Louis team for a few years now. They have always been very responsive to the needs of our ownership group. They work quickly to lease our vacant properties, are timely with maintenance requests and transparent with the expenses.

I was stressing over the fact, since my sister and I share the rent and she doesn’t work during the Summer, we were not going to make rent the 1st of September. All Summer has been good up until this months rent. Talked it over in depth with Aaron and explained that situation and he made my life easier in 3 minutes! Very awesome customer service and I am thankful he was understanding.

Shari Smith of the CJ Properties Team has been phenomenal. I worked with her since 2007, when I bought my property. She helped me find a property, then negotiate with the prior owners, and then managed the property the entire time I had it. Outstanding experience, especially given I’m an out of state owner, who visited the property a few times over the years. She cared about the tenants and the property, and my interests/needs.
