I was satisfied with the work done. It resolved the issues we were experiencing and was done quickly. However, they didn’t read our note about calling us before entering and I came home to them working at an inopportune time.

We had several issues with our apartment but I am thankful that the maintenance crew came to our rescue and handled the ongoing issues in our apartment.

Great maintenance team, very fast and very communicative. The past couple times I had maintenance issues, it was handled in record times, both issues were checked out within 2 days. The microwave needed parts ordered so I had to wait a week for that completion, but they communicated this to me so it was no issue.
