I put a non urgent work order in around lunch time and maintenance came early the next morning while I was working. They left a note informing they came by and resolve my issue. I'm very satisfied with the work and the timeframe it took them the respond!!

I'm giving 5 stars, because so far as a new tenant , there have been no major issues. the issue that I did have was taken care of right away and I was very satisfied with the work that was done. So far the staff and Maintenance have been GREAT! the complex seems to be well kept. I met a couple of my neighbors they seem to be really nice. I think my family and I are going to be happy living here.

I was satisfied with the work done. It resolved the issues we were experiencing and was done quickly. However, they didn’t read our note about calling us before entering and I came home to them working at an inopportune time.

We had several issues with our apartment but I am thankful that the maintenance crew came to our rescue and handled the ongoing issues in our apartment.
