I had a maintenance request for electrical regarding lights & electrical sockets--Sam was very knowledgeable and explained everything and Light fixture just needed a new bulb and sockets were explained thoroughly! Thank you Sam :)

I have only been here about 3 weeks but I really love this place. Yes, the walls are thin but one should expect that in apartment living! I would recommend living here... you will not be disappointed.

Moving to a new location is tough becuase you never know how it will go. I feel very lucky to have found such a great place to live. The staff & maintenance are fantastic. The location is perfect. Lots of stores & restaurants nearby along with the airport. My place is the perfect size and is clean and very nice. I use the gym & pool frequently. There are even hammocks to hang out on which is awesome!! Thank you Clairmont!

Have been raising concerns to fix the AC for last 20 days but there is no permanent resolution to it.

I had a problem with ants in my pantry and the Terminix man came by and sprayed taking care of the ants. I, of course, made sure I cleared it out to make things easier on him. He also made sure he sprayed by the doors to prevent any more from coming in. What a guy!
As always nothing but the best for the best. Frank is wonderful whenever he has to come and take care of anything to be worked on. He came and did caulking, always making sure of cleaning up. He can come over anytime.
I just wanted to say that Mr. Roan in Housekeeping is very thorough and professional. A really good employee to have on your team.

My recent maintenance request was not completed. Now not only is rent going higher and higher, the property wants you to purchase your own light bulbs for the light fixtures. I can’t even take off the fixture let alone know what bulb it uses. This place…no recommendation from me to anyone.
