My recent maintenance request was not completed. Now not only is rent going higher and higher, the property wants you to purchase your own light bulbs for the light fixtures. I can’t even take off the fixture let alone know what bulb it uses. This place…no recommendation from me to anyone.

One of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Neighbors above are rude playing their television very loudly & especially at night when you’re trying to sleep. My hot water went out one weekend & when I called the maintenance hotline, I was told it was not an emergency & had to wait until Monday, before it could be fixed. They do not try to work with you in any kind of way. Also, rent keeps going up for no reason there are no real amenities except the pool, & the Amazon hub. The apartments are not worth $1500. Ms. Pam is the worst. Rude and rarely helpful once you move in. Good luck getting any deposit back.. even if you're a truck driver and only home one weekend per month and the only person residing there. During a pandemic they are definitely looking for ways to keep deposits.

I could not write the review that I wanted to because it has to be 50 words or less. I am giving it 1 star because they don't have a rating of 0 available. We expected more out of a place in BRIER CREEK. When we moved in the air conditioner did not work. They new that it did not work and they still moved us in. They are not safe please check out Google reviews. The management doesn’t care if a homeless person breaks into you home. They are not safe an only want your money. They don’t fix anything, look at the gym equipment pics in Google reviews. The apartments are NOT SAFE.
Thank you for finally fixing the condenser on the HVAC. The first work order was submitted mid February. The problem came back at the end of February, I submitted a work order and the system was rigged to work a little longer. I gave them a five star now because under new management, things have turned around and I can see positive changes. I have lived here for a year and a half. Initially, I hated it. Maintenance came into your apartment without notice to read the meter. I had just gotten out of the shower and heard a noise. I thought it was my son but it turned out to be the maintenance man. There needs to be at least 2 more pool and grill areas to accommodate all of these people who live here and their guest. And more parking.
