Thank you for finally fixing the condenser on the HVAC. The first work order was submitted mid February. The problem came back at the end of February, I submitted a work order and the system was rigged to work a little longer. The problem came back again mid March, the system was rigged to work a little longer. The problem came back at the beginning of April, again rigged to work but not fixed. I gave them a five star now because under new management, things have turned around and I can see positive changes. I have lived here for a year and a half. Initially, I hated it. Maintenance came into your apartment without notice to read the meter. I had just gotten out of the shower and heard a noise. I thought it was my son but it turned out to be the maintenance man. There needs to be at least 2 more pool and grill areas to accommodate all of these people who live here and their guest. And more parking.
