Clark has alway been very professional in all my encounters with them. I asked about voles in my yard. The QA person cam to my house and did research for me and voles. There is nothing on the market that will get them. The Clark team has been very good about calling me or coming to see me about their efforts. I have been pleased with them in all of my monthly checks, free termites inspections, and quick response when I had an unusual call back. I am pleased with their efforts.
The Clark employee was friendly and was ready to answer any questions I had. The actual servicing was quick and efficient.
René is always very responsive if we have a problem or question - he's also very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The only thing we would change about the service? If there were some way to know in advance which day the technician would be servicing our property it would be very helpful. That addition would earn a 5-star rating.

Since using the service we've had 4 different reps come out & I don't feel comfortable I feel establishing a relationship & building trust with a rep that comes into your home is important. We really liked the 1st rep Tommy he was very thorough & we understand he had a family emergency. The last rep that came I did mention that the last 3 reps have sprayed my whole yard & he did not do this he only sprayed the perimeters & since then I have noticed my dogs scratching a lot. I am very please with the service. The technician you have coming to my house each month is fantastic. He always lets me know when he arrives and updates me on the service. As the face of Clark to me he is the one who keeps me a satisfied customer.
Found your sales and service representatives friendly and courteous. The service contract was clearly explained and they always been punctual.
