I still have spiders and ants inside and outside the home. Since we have moved here to Santa Cruz and have had the service we still have the insects. When we lived in Stockton and had Clark we did not have this issue and we lived in the country with many more pests.
Clark’s diagnosed the pest that was killing my hedge and planned an intervention that worked. Hedge looks great
We have a horrible problem with ants inside and out Not a good job at all
We had rats under our house, we needed to get the heating ducts patched and some outside holes that they (rats) were coming in from. When the service guy was here it took him less than 45 minutes and he said he was done. All of this plus your service person said someone will be here once a week for 5 weeks to check the traps. No one never called to set up a time and date so I would go out and come home to see a note saying "sorry we missed you". I never knew when they where coming. Can't think of anything
I rarely, if ever write reviews, but I must in this case. Clark's has been servicing my home for 2 years. I hired them to take care of a rodent problem in my basement. I found out a few months ago that it's been over a year since the technician has actually checked the traps in my basement!! This was what I originally hired them for and due to the frequent change over in staff and a supposed computer upgrade that lost the notes on my account, my basement has not been checked and I now have a rodent problem again! Not happy at all....still having spiders and ants, and what made it worse was this past week, what I have looked up on the Internet to check out are winged termites, as well as, larvae in my upstairs master bedroom bath. Thank God that's the only place I've seen them. My next door neighbor in an effort to conserve water has torn up her entire front and back yard, so hopefully that's what's triggered the subterranian termites, coincidentally within the same time frame of seeing these pests for the first time.
