Rarely shows up at all, not doing anything to kill rat infestation that has caused 10s of thousands of $$$ damage to my Jaguar and my Mercedes, don’t show up for appointments just show up when they feel like jt and interrupt me while I’m working. They treat me like I have nothing to do but wait for them. I hate Clark they are terrible I plan to switch soon it’s just going to cost more so I’m waiting. Right now I’m stuck with Clark and my house and cars are being ruined
Listen to the customer more thoroughly
I'd like to know ahead of time the day and time Clark reps will come over to spray my yard..I've never been informed of their date or times that they come over! I'd greatly appreciate it if they would notify me! Thank you
I asked to skip a month of service and a supervisor called me to tell me that they had to cancel my account. It was astonishing that was their only solution, and they did not care to lose a customer.
The work o spider webs around the house, deck and railings could be more thorough. Please turn pet bowls over before spraying. More meticulous inspection for active infestation is appreciated.
For a termite fumigation, we were told only to "double bag" everything. When I called your company on a weekend, to ask if the bags had to be a special bag.....none of your customer service people knew the answer. Since it was the weekend, I could not get ahold of the respresentative that scheduled and sold us the package for the fumigation. Your website has no instruction of where or what type of bags to use. I understand we were in the middle of a heat wave, however, we have had elevated temperatures in the past when he sprayed. This time there was a definite nauseating aroma that lingered at least 3 days. The first night I left the windows and sliding doors open and the smell permeated the house. Needless to say the next two next two nights I had to button up the house and run the AC. It is the first time that I’ve been disappointed with the service. I hope it doesn’t happen again!!
Technician cleaned webs from house exterior and treated for crawling insects. Did a good job.
