Pretty good. I needed to call our representative back after his usual bi-monthly visit to check an area (inside the house) that I think he forgot. He did come back as soon as his schedule permitted and worked with our problem and did teaching for me. Thank you.

Well, the appointment was scheduled for a Friday but I received a call later in the day that they need to reschedule. I told the technician that there is a "rat" in one of the 3 traps that were setup almost 2 months ago. He came immediately to remove it and told me to call if there are more in the trap. It was very late in the day - around 6:41pm! Thank you Jonathan Rose for coming out and removing it. It's people like you, Jonathan, that makes the company excellent.

Bob always does a great job and noticeably fewer insects and spider webs occur around the house. Very professional and friendly and always does an outstanding job and always inquires about anything that may need special attention.
