Easy to work with and professional
Super friendly and professional. Anytime we needed removal of a dead mouse in a trap, Bob was always there to save me!! :) Since having Clark Service, we have never experienced any ants or spiders in the house!! The best, and would recommend to anyone!!!
My technician is fantastic! He is respectful, courteous and professional! He is always available when we call with pest questions. Clark is always communicating with us regarding our spraying schedule and what pests to expect during each season. Great job! Thanks!!!
My bimonthly service has been terrific. My technician, Skip, is extremely nice and helpful. I live behind an open field, and Skip always leaves a note for me on my invoice regarding rodent activity after checking the bait station that is in my yard. Recently, I had a problems with ants in my shower and later rats in my yard and possibly in my attic. For both of these problems, Skip made several special trips to my house to consult with me. We love our guy Curtis. I remember first meeting him just after 9/11, He always takes the time to say hi and he always brings a dog treat for Joey our beagle. He does an excellent job for us. Please don't switch him!
Ted is great. Please do not change him. He's always punctual and calls if he has a problem. When we've had a problem, which is very infrequent, he either fixes it or gives me directions on what to do.
We have always been happy with Clark. Your employees are always friendly, and completely knowledgeable about the service they are providing. We were especially pleased when the tree spraying was added to our service. Often we are not here when the employee comes but he always leaves the statement and we are assured he has done the job properly.
Clark service people are well informed, polite and professional. If I have any concerns, I know they will be addressed.
