Clark service people are well informed, polite and professional. If I have any concerns, I know they will be addressed.
I am giving you guys 5 stars because of my service man Ray Cook. I have no idea how your other technicians do their job but Ray is superb. He is prompt, knowledgable, friendly and does an excellent job. He makes me confident that he knows what he's doing. Plus he's just a really nice guy and always has a nice appearance. In my opinion you are lucky to have him representing your company. I would recommend your co. based on him.

Our technician is Ray. He is perfect. He's always courteous. He explains what he is going to do. He asks if we have any special concerns or if any area needs special attention. And he gets along with our cantankerous Dachshund. What more could we ask for?
