We called Clark when we had an "ant emergency." Our kitchen was covered in ants one morning and they saved the day. The response was immediate and the treatment was very effective. Jeremy said they may return, which they did just once, and when they did, we called him directly and he took care of them again. He found the source and treated it and they have not returned. I have found Clark Pest Control easy to work with and my ant problems have been solved which is such a relief. Everyone I have dealt with have been very kind.
My service technician James Hatch is the best. He always checks with me before beginning my service to make sure I don't have any new problems or concerns. He honors my requests (leave the spiderwebs, don't spray around my lemon trees) even if it they are sort of different. He's very careful about my pets food and water bowls too. I feel completely at ease with his service, even if I'm not home when he arrives.
Doing more than just spraying the front of the house
We've been Clark customers for a couple of years and have had many issues. We have asked to make sure that we are contacted- spoken in person to prior to our treatment and that has not happened, we continue to have mass amounts of spiders, our tech has left our back gate wide open and our dogs got out. Every time I call to discuss with someone I am assured it will change, yet it has not. The last service there was still spider webs all over the front door ways. We are currently looking for a new company
They totally screwed up on the rodent inspection. They fired the guy who did the inspection and did not tell me or follow up with me in any way
The rat service I received was rather bad and I am still waiting on traps to be set 10+ days later… why was I charged $100+ then?!
