The ability to reach the proper person when something goes wrong such as a regional manager over a branch manager is terrible. As soon as Clark Pest Control was purchased the customer service went down hill. We have been a long standing customer.

They are awful. You’ll rarely have the same technician come back to your house when you are a regular scheduled customer. I gave them so many chances. They don’t show up. They were sometimes defensive. They could not trap the gophers as most didn’t have any experience. Forgot to check traps. I had to call them back to do so all the time. Stick to customer’s instructions for servicing their property and more skilled workers. Connect with customer before treating their property as there may be areas of concern that customer may want to alert technician to treat. I don’t see how increase to my bill was merited.

Two people had to come out because the first guy didn’t do much. The ants were back in a few days so I called to see if they could come back out and nobody ever returned my call so I don’t think I will continue with Clark, I could save money and do the same thing myself.

They did a horrible job getting cobwebs I asked for them to come back and they couldn’t do a Saturday appointment. Then was suppose to have service in July and never got my appointment

They started off ok, then quickly lost quality of service, the technicians were more interested in going home than doing quality service. I witnessed several times techs not spraying or not cleaning spiderwebs as promised, then they would cop an attitude when I called them on it.

I had a month-to-month service. And then you quit showing up. The service wasn’t very good anyway.

horrible, staff does not respond, shows up unscheduled to my house without warning when I'm not there and enters premises without permission, the service itself is the worst I've ever experienced - Clark took over Brooks Pest Control (the company I'd used for years and I never had a problem). Ever since Clark took over I constantly have ants and the company completely ignores all my calls and emails asking for them to address it, yet keeps charging me for service they don't perform.
