They came back an sprayed again I still have a lot of webs and it hasn’t been that long since they came an sprayed the second time I am not very happy with your service Sandy
I used to use Terminix to service my home. They came quarterly, but I wasn’t happy with the service. The spiderwebs were a real problem! I had an independent contractor approach me and convinced me he could do a better job. He did and I was thoroughly pleased and fired Terminix. Now, Clark’s bought out the independent contractor and I am not happy with the service even though it isnonce a month. I com
First service was excellent. However, since we don't live in the cottage they were servicing, a neighbor told us they just barely sprayed anything on appointments and spent less than 3 mins each time. When we asked them not to renew the yearly contract four months before ending, they just cancelled the whole service right away, without giving any excuses.
Horrible . Called to speak to the Manager & was assured the I would be receiving a credit for the service that was incomplete. The service rep sat in his truck for 45 minutes, strayed the solution in three small spot on the back wall of our house & then left the bill for $106. Terrible service , Still waiting for the credit.
Items were not taken care of!
Benny does a good job, more spraying around the house though is needed.
After terrible, lackluster Clark service for the past 1.5 years, Drew did the job completely and got rid of ant infestation in my pantry, kitchen and powder room! I would give a 5 star review if the service is consistent over the next 6 months and beyond.
My service person, Austin, couldn’t be nicer and takes care of any pest control issues we have.
The insects are gone and we received prompt responce to identify a suspected insect which we discovered in the house and were relieved to find out it was not an ifestation
