We woke up to find ants in the pantry. Called Clark and they came that morning. Provided bait for the ants and assisted us resolving the issue.
We have a huge infestation of rats at our house because Clark Pest Control did not service our rat traps for many months. They left the bait stations empty. While the people who came did an OK job, they never checked the garage where there were also rats. I am still unclear if they loaded the rat bait stations because their report says they did not either inspect them or reload them. Let me have an appointment with a quality specialist when I need. I have been trying to contact with “Clark” since over a month ago because I have termites problem. I pay monthly to “Clark” as insurance in advance in case of like this happen, but I can't use it when I really need it. I am very concerning how much that I have damage my house while I am waiting for actually someone come to work for me. I can’t recommend it to anyone like this service.
I had someone new come out he missed a wasp nest on the garage eve and spider webs on the back eves. Asked for 2 sticky pads for rats he said he had none on the truck and would drop by next day. Still have not seen them.

We switched from Truly Nolen to because you offered a an additional service they did not. Clark took over the spraying for ants. We have not had ants for 3 years. Now I have found them all over the outside of our house and inside of our house and on our living room.
After a year, still have pest problem specifically, spider. It was a total of 6 treatments (including 2 return treatments). Total waste of money!
