I was not happy with my last service. I had a new tech, 5th one I have had. I don't believe he sprayed as much chemical and did not do 0verall as good a job as the last tech.

We would have rated you five stars with service your technicians in the past have provided us. They were all very friendly and would ask feed back on the service making sure there were no new issues. Your newest tech assigned to us is respectful but does not spray all area's the past tech's have done. He hasn't been as thorough as we were accustom too. The previous tech's would roll out the hose from the reel and spray front, sides and the back yard. You new tech fills a gallon container and sprays the whole house with that... read more

1. We reported that we saw rats. Two of your workers came to our house within about 2 weeks of each other. The second worker said that in the bait box by the outside fireplace (where I had previously seen a rat during the daytime), the rats were living in it and there were dead snails. So was enough bait put into this bait box by the first worker initially? 2. The first worker was very nice but was asking me what I wanted done. Currently using pest control services. In addition , had termite services (outside and inside). Warranty information and services confusing on what is being covered. Not clearly out lined when services provided. Had to call several times to understand what I am paying for. Feel price for services high...

I have asked several times for someone to call me regarding our service. This was back in March. I emailed Esmeralda and she forwarded my email to a supervisor. No, one ever called me. I left 2 messages after hours. They keep servicing the outside of the home and it seems like every bug is coming inside. They have not serviced the inside of the home since we started service. I haven't paid my last 2 invoices so I know for sure someone is going to call me.

Service technicians are friendly and professional but don't follow through. I was very specific in the contract signing that I wanted a telephone call prior to the scheduled service and this has only happened once in the last 6 months of service. I have called customer service and explained the situation and they were nice enough to give me a discount on the next service and they said they would try to fix the problem. My last two appointments, for which I was charged, didn't even happen. I was out of town. Diego usually calls or texts to gain access to the unit. Haven't heard a word, so my place has not been serviced on the inside for 4 months or so now? Disappointing.
