Another new service tech according to the notice left. This is the 7th tech in 19 calls of every other month insect service. Fast approaching the total number of techs for the whole 34 years with the previous division. I have no idea about the tech as they came while I was not home. Service appears to have done adequately as I am not finding spiders or bugs, but have no idea about how he and the dogs reacted. From a customer perspective, frequent turnover is not a good sign for the company's health.

Joe Brewer put a lot of effort into helping me get rid of my rat problem. He spent a lot of time searching for how the rat might be getting access to my garage, and setting traps and bait stations to catch/eliminate it. Don't know if we got it, but the problem finally disappeared, and I have not found of smelled a dead one. He also treated for spiders and ants, which are an on-going problem at this location. He is due back any day for next bi-monthly treatment.

Your representative could use some pointers on hygiene. Body odor plus smoking remnants equals ... true I am sensitive to smells, but if you are coming inside the customers home... Nice enough, but he was as clueless as me as to what was crawling on my counter. I am trying a few things on my own. Let you know if they continue to be a pest. Thank you for getting me someone out quickly. I do appreciate and will continue service. Sandy

Makalo came out the same day we called..we had a dead possum (we thought it was a rat) ..he rebaited our bait stations and was extremely courteous and professional..thankyou

Usually a three to four... been customer for two years.....We still get service as promised, however; last week, We were in between service and i noticed spiders, spider eggs and wasps in the eves. girl on phone said, "Well, you are due for service next week. so i will move that appt up." So, even tho i called in between service, she managed to make it a $91 service call. That is not what i signed up for. I could give a S$$$$ if my service is monthly and you charge me again by " moving my day up" to meet your monthly..... read more

We have loved your business in the pass, but lately it seems that the quality of wiping down cobwebs around my property has been negelected, in the past Steven would do around the fence line and BBQ area very good but seems the new guy half ass goes around the perimeter of the house thanks

I am still waiting for clarification regarding my overpayment to Clark Pest Control.....Since all three checks have been cashed by Clark's, I am assuming that my October pest control treatment will have been paid for in advance...... Please call me within the first two weeks of October to establish a treatment date from Marcus......... Thank you......
