Clark can’t seem to do anything about ants. Terrible service! Time to cancel service.
My ant problem has never gone away, not even the slightest bit of improvement.
I still have ants all over the backyard.
I’m billed automatically. Usually the technician knocks on my door to announce his presence and ask if I’m having any problems. This month I was billed and no one has showed up.
Have dedicated person for my house
I have attempted to change the service time to allow my presence but have been able to be successful. The current employee has been personally notified via her personal cell number of my desired time modification but has left a phone message notifying me of her arrival at the same old time. Several attempts to make contact with her via her given cell number to assure the modified service time with negative results. My next move is to cancel all business with Clark and move on.
After the tech which serviced our yard checked the rat trap underneath our deck, he failed to place it back under the deck, leaving it exposed on the open sidewalk. I noticed this a couple of days after he was here and pushed it back under the deck myself where it should be stored. The warning on the trap clearly indicates that is POISON and states “CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN”. I used to have a time slot between 8 and 10. I guess it was changed without anyone notifying me and now it's stay home between 8 and 5 and that's not going to happen for me. I'll be looking for somebody else to do my Pest Control.
Keep the ants in check. We're the vane of my yard and house.
