David is always very helpful and cooperative—so much so that when we moved down to Diamond Springs from Pollock Pines, we requested that we continue to be on his route.
The service we received is great. When we have called to state we were still having issues with fleas the service person came out right away to spray. This really help to get the problem under control very quickly. I have told others to use Clark because of their great service.
Clark Pest Control is really easy to work with. Every time I call they are very accommodating.
For the most part I am satisfied with your service... with the drought we are seeing bugs clamoring for water and I think we are now getting more spiders inside the house than ever before. But really, do spiders drink water? Don't know for sure.
We are so glad we have Clarks Pest. We have a wonderful person Ray Cook, who takes care of our home in Novato 36 Capilano Dr. We had him take care of two of our rentals in Rohnert Park I think someone else services them. Ray is great, he came out recently to our home as we had yellow jackets or hornets not sure which but he took care of it that day (not our regular day). I would recommend Clarks to anyone who needs pest control.
It was rocky at first, but Clark finally got my ant problem under control. All their service guys who have come out are pretty nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
Generally the process is okay but not giving any notice before arriving means that I am unable to lock my dog door to prevent the dog from sniffing chemicals Also don't deal with issues well such as humane traps for rodents etc
We have been using Clark Pest for about a year now. What I love best is that if you experience problems in between visits, they respond immediately. My representative is very helpful. I live on a mountain. We get spiders the size of my hand. Trust me, prevention is the only way to live here! I highly recommend Clark Pest Control.
I was very pleased that Clark's took care of my rat infestation and is now monitoring it carefully. Everything seems to be going well. Employees are are great
