I feel like I am paying a lot compared to other companies out there, and I often have to call Clark back to come back and re-spray (which they do for free). We have had some issue sin the past with missing spots and not doing a thorough job on first pass, however it has been much better as of late. Customer service is top notch
The team at Clark are professional, friendly and helpful. They are responsible and have truly done a wonderful job of treating our cabin. We have no bug issues, but when we have concerns, they are quick to respond and willing to investigate. They take our concerns seriously. I would highly recommend their services.
ANTS! Is what we had. In the house, coming in through several different points and it was at the point that they were living in the walls after a few years summer infiltration. Clark came out right away and sprayed with pet and baby friendly chemicals externally and laid down some gel bait for the ants that were inside. We have been using Clark Pest Control for several years and we have been very pleased with the response and service. The treatment that the use for ants is very effective and they have been successful at solving any rodent problems. I highly recommend them and also I'm very happy with Ray, our service rep.
The service is always prompt when we have 'critter' issues, and if the critters are persistent (as were the tiny ants) this year, Clark comes back until they are gone. Plus with the regular visits the service provides they are always on top of any other problems which might occur. Thanks!

Very good at responding to problems, although there aren't many because of good preventative measures. My only issue is with the spiderwebs. They need to be tended to at each visit.
I hate spiders!!! Thanks to Clarks Pest, I haven't had to see one in almost a year!! The only reason for only 4 stars is I've got multiple red ant hills surrounding my yard and they are still out there.
