This would be a 5 star rating, except for the fact that they haven't won my neighbors business and unfortunately one side of my house is only accessible from my neighbors back yard. Ever since I hired Clark all of my pest problems have disappeared except for the one side of my house that they would have to go through two of my neighbors gates to access. Overall been a good experience. Did tell the guy at the last service to have your termite people call me but no one has called?
I have been with Clark Pest Control for a little over a year now. We have been very happy with the service. They work quickly and efficiently, and are responsive when there is a problem.
Clark your guy's do a good job, see you in a month or so
Everyone at Clark Pest Control have been helpful, informative and responsive to my pest "issues". So glad I have them on a regular basis and any time I spot a new pest they come out immediately to take care problem in between regular services.
I am no expert in the field of Pest Control; so all I can say is that the problems that I was having seem to be eliminated. The gentleman doing the spraying each time was knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous.
Overall I am happy even though my experience with my terminte treatment was not good. I however did contact management and ultimately was at least compensated for my time and hassle. Greg does a good job, however the last several treatments I have notice that he is not spraying around all the foundation of my patio. There are a few items that just need to be moved out of the way slightly and he use to do that but has not done that for some time. I have also noticed more bugs than usual. I've been with Clark for a long time. I'm supposed to try you guys for only one year when I signed up but I continued until now. So far, I haven't had any problem. One time I called about the Monthly Rates because my relatives in the Bay Area are paying a lower rate than what I've been paying and the Bay Area as we all know is supposed to be more expensive. And it was explained to me (I don't remember his name) by a supervisor or manager that the chemicals you guys used is different than the other Pest Control companies.... read more
