About 6 months ago, I had a major ant infestation and called Clark as a last resort. They ridded me of my lil issue almost immediately. To my surprise, the ants were almost gone within 24 hours. Exceptionally thorough
Our technician, Mike, is always friendly, on time, and thorough. He does both our pest control and lawn care. If he's ever transferred our not able to do both we will probably drop Clark's -- that's how much confidence we have in him. He takes good care of our yard even when we are traveling and we know we can trust him to do the same job whether or not we are home. We have a pest problem in our kitchen. When the Clark technician came to our house he told us he would need a sample of the bug in order to complete the analysis. I would have appreciated Clark telling us this when we made the appointment. This would expedite the process.
We appreciate the ttimeliness of service whenever there is an issue with insects at our apartment. We recently sold one of our apartments and you completed the sale inspection very quickly and discounted the fee because we were long term subscribers of TermAlert. Thanks
Excellent service every time.
My service technician James Hatch is the best. He always checks with me before beginning my service to make sure I don't have any new problems or concerns. He honors my requests (leave the spiderwebs, don't spray around my lemon trees) even if it they are sort of different. He's very careful about my pets food and water bowls too. I feel completely at ease with his service, even if I'm not home when he arrives.
Always on time. Very personable and professional technician who makes sure the bugs stay away.
