I was never notified when service would be done. I called multiple times to request notification so that inside my house could be treated for ants. Service would be done when I was not home and yet I was still billed for incomplete service. When talking with supervisor they refused to credit my account for service that was not done or completed. Very frustrating.
Call me! Back, never happened!!!

They totally screwed up on the rodent inspection. They fired the guy who did the inspection and did not tell me or follow up with me in any way
Canceled my service after experiencing inconsistent scheduling, appointments being moved without my knowledge or notification, and constant turnover in service technicians for past 6 months. Local service office is unhelpful and unsupportive of their technicians, blaming them for scheduling issues without offering solutions.
If you want to get charged for a service you didn't receive, work with Clark. I cancelled my service and 2 weeks later they charged me again and at a rate 25% higher than they've ever charged me in the past. I called about it and they said a supervisor would need to call me back. They never called. This cycle repeated itself 5 more times and I had to threaten them with bad reviews online and disputing the charges with my credit card to get someone to call me back. Canceled because I reduce to no lawn or gophers ( artifical grass)... needed spray for spiders and ants once every 2 weeks...price went up rather than decreased for less service ? I think $119 is a lot for one quick spraying every 2 weeks, but then maybe it is the going price? ( I will check other companies )
