They are awful. You’ll rarely have the same technician come back to your house when you are a regular scheduled customer. I gave them so many chances. They don’t show up. They were sometimes defensive. They could not trap the gophers as most didn’t have any experience. Forgot to check traps. I had to call them back to do so all the time. After several months of service there are still some roaches about. I still scream, and get very upset....I think they should be more thorough for the amount of money it is costing me.

We saw earwigs on the back patio, and my wife found a black widow in our bedroom days after a service! Ironically, right after a price increase. On the plus side, you sent a tech out to re-treat the very next day.

Stick to customer’s instructions for servicing their property and more skilled workers. Connect with customer before treating their property as there may be areas of concern that customer may want to alert technician to treat. I don’t see how increase to my bill was merited.

you never call when you are coming so we donot know if we need to leave our dogs inside. We have no idea what are termite status is and we PAY you to watch that and an inhome inspection was at least two years ago. We have on numerous occations asked you to change our current phone number to our cell phone that has yet to be done. We have a rat problem and asked the tech to look into it a couple of boxes were layed we will had no follow up from the teck. There are Rat Droppings on the side of the house, inside the garage and cabinets. Lizards inside the garage, I had previously called the office stating there were cobwebs and spiders on the windows and around the outside. The report from the service stated there were NO cobwebs??????? makes me very angry.

Jordan Fiel was our technician. He checked our crawl space for any signs of rats. He did not see any indications of rats, which was comforting. Jordan was thorough with the spray for carpenter ants. Have not seen them for some time. Great job!

Jordan Fiel-did an excellent job spraying the various parts of you yard and backyard deck. He also cleaned up the spider webs around the roof area. Will continue to service as needed.

I used to get a call the day before letting me know about the upcoming appointment so I could make sure the gates were unlocked. I didn’t not receive a call for me last appointment and when I called and left a message asking for a call back to set up an appointment for the job to be finished, no one responded/called back.
