I had a month-to-month service. And then you quit showing up. The service wasn’t very good anyway.
Costumer service was horrible. Product use was said to not be animal or human friendly for indoor.
Still to many spiders
I believe the tech did not really spray in the house perimeter as there are lots of ants inside our home. In the report, it was showing but i believe it was not done. Hopefully that Tech will not do my next service schedule. I also want to see the tech sprays around and inside our Home. Thanks
Ton of cobwebs left and still have aunts and bugs
horrible, staff does not respond, shows up unscheduled to my house without warning when I'm not there and enters premises without permission, the service itself is the worst I've ever experienced - Clark took over Brooks Pest Control (the company I'd used for years and I never had a problem). Ever since Clark took over I constantly have ants and the company completely ignores all my calls and emails asking for them to address it, yet keeps charging me for service they don't perform.
You should be more thorough with the service you provide. You should make time to ask me about any concerns I have.
Listen to the customer more thoroughly
Communication is that good. An well i was told by a supervisor that i would have the same technician come out. An presently we've had 5 different techs come out an service. An i dont think there doing a very good job, we're still getting bugs, spiders & webs around the house. I've called an brought some issues up to a supervisor. An was told that she we take care of it, she apologized for the some issues, but i dont know what else to do, if stuff is still happening.
