Do a thorough job. Cleaning n spraying is not adequate. I see little to no bug n insect abatement. The charges are out of line for the short time that they spend on the premises.
Number one, Lauren is not my name it's Laura, second the service is awful....... they do a terrible job at dewebbing if they do it at all and we have more spiders now than we've had in 23 years!! after I called to complain about all the webs outside they finally said they didn't take care of the webs...I KNOW I saw him on my camera...so they came out again and still missed half of them so I did it. I used to use Terminix to service my home. They came quarterly, but I wasn’t happy with the service. The spiderwebs were a real problem! I had an independent contractor approach me and convinced me he could do a better job. He did and I was thoroughly pleased and fired Terminix. Now, Clark’s bought out the independent contractor and I am not happy with the service even though it isnonce a month. I com
I was not notified of service date and time. Only front yard was done as the gate to the back has to be opened to allow entry .The problem area is in the back. You need to come to service the backyard.
They came out 3 times and charged me for 5 times.
Making sure the pest control worker spend more than 10 minutes at the house. He doesn't get the cobwebs. I still have ants in the house. I've clocked him and he spends only 7 minutes "spraying" around the house. I'm very dissatisfied because my contract was with Brooks and Brooks sold to Clark. I wasn't given an opportunity to say whether I wanted to stay with the contract or go else where.
I usually never called after a service but lately I been having trouble with spiders and other insects. The technician was rude and said that he’s never had a call back that maybe I was the problem not the spiders, so rude and disrespectful. He didn’t do a good job dewebbing or spraying the whole perimeter. I’m not happy with the service.
Bad customer service. And they cannot control ant problem!!!
