After terrible, lackluster Clark service for the past 1.5 years, Drew did the job completely and got rid of ant infestation in my pantry, kitchen and powder room! I would give a 5 star review if the service is consistent over the next 6 months and beyond.

I was visited by Jeremy Kluge with the specific goal of excluding bats from under our house tiles. Nice guy, did what I thought was a thorough investigation and left notifying me of the deadline to exclude bats due to pups. I said great, please give me a proposal and we can execute once approved. I did make contact a few days later to hear that they could start, but I hadn't received any estimated. I haven't heard from him since. It's been probable 4- 6 weeks. cleared up the ants
Nobody from customer service responds to email requests. I get emails saying I will be contacted and nothing happens. I keep asking for schedule adjustments and nobody responds. The technicians are GREAT... the customer service is awful
We’ve been customers for about 11 years. We moved here and the ants. Just. Kept. Coming. It was unbelievable. At least 9 months of ants in my house. Corey is our main provider. He has explained the how’s and why’s of the infestation and to this day will listen to my ant stories and investigate when a new invasion starts. He’s also answered my questions when we had two rats in the garage, a huge wolf spider in the house, and many more weird things that have happened since covid came around.. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. I'm under contract with them so I'm kind of have my hands tied but you guys are the worst. Can't wait to be done with you.
