I booked a day trip on the Adirondack III looking for a way to spend time in Boston that was reasonably safe from crowds in these covid times . I love Tall Ships and sails of any kind as well . Love Boston and the Waterfront so why not? The Capt .and crew were cordial, we had good wind and a relaxing sail. Great way to beat the heat and catch a wind! Because I am interested in sailing, the Capt. allowed me to take the helm for a bit. It pays to ask questions about sailing when you go

Gorgeous boat and perfect sail, but the cocktail carrot is predatory. Make sure you read the fine line. Otherwise, beautiful voyage.

Great evening sail. Attentive service and lots of smiles and friendly people. Wonderful way to relax after a busy day. Lots of air traffic right overhead; can't move Logan off the Harbour.

My wife and I took a sunset cruise of Boston harbor. It was overall, a pleasant experience. If you want to obtain a couch you will need to line up at least 15 minutes before they start boarding. The other seats are less comfortable. You can go upstairs and view the harbour from the outside and take great photos. The ship itself has a bit of a perfunctory look. It is not luxurious in and way and has scratches and a few random hanging wires. On the plus side I must give the company credit for having high enough ceilings as I'm... read more

We had exactly 24 hours to see the wonderful city of Boston and we were so happy we booked the Northern Lights Sunset Cruise at 6:30pm. There was one later but I'm glad we went with the earlier one in the evening to see the sunset on the water. It was a really beautiful way to see the city. There was a bar downstairs with light snacks. It was a perfect way to start our only night in Boston and we were able to go to a nice dinner from there. The views were incredible. The tour guide part could've had more information or talke... read more

My girlfriend and I set sail on the Adirondack III for the 1-3p tour. Aside from it being a perfect day weather wise, the staff, crew, and amenities were all great! For starters, the ticketing office was helpful and, since we were flying out shortly after, they let us store two carry-on bags in their office. We arrived 10-15 before departure which allowed us to choose any spot on board. We sat to the rear of the vessel which had cushioned seats and easy access to the bathrooms. The captain and crew were very friendly, person... read more

This was a fun way to see the Boston harbor. The yacht is nice downstairs. There are couches, comfy chairs, tables and air conditioning. The upstairs is more casual. Tables and chairs are covered by an awning and couches are around the outside. We got great pictures of the harbor. As a tip to those who might be susceptible to sea sickness, the boat did move a bit. We brought dramamine and that helped.

Took the Classic Day Sail Aboard Adirondack III as a way to show my parents around Boston when they visited. The two-hour sail was just long enough, and was a lovely trip around the harbor. The crew clearly knows what they're doing, and Captain Sean was friendly and informative! Definitely grab the tickets on GoldStar for a discount, and keep your eye on the weather report. They have blankets if you get chilly!
