After 4 attempts, I think my car is finally running ok. Your customer service rep Tyler .Erwin was a pleasure to work with. I filed consumer complaint on service provided but have never heard from anyone from Nissan.

Excellent service. I wish however there was more information. Usually when you receive an oil change they list all the other things they looked at, and this time that information wasn't included.

Tyler Erwin was my service advisor. He kept me informed along the way until my car was ready. The mechanic/service technician who worked on my car was outstanding. My car is running perfectly now, and I couldn't be happier!

Got price we wanted. Nissan rebates too and good trade in among. Robert Lee was great in service he provided

Over the years, I have purchased vehicles at this dealership as South Point, Clay Cooley, and South Austin Nissan... 5 vehicles total. I do not return to this location because of the Sale Staff... Five car purchases, five different Sales Reps. (one of them was my Son). I return because of the Service Dept... Five car purchases, the same Service Rep.
