In @ 8:00 out by 4:00. Tops & bottoms out. Didn't feel a thing. Next morning took an Ibuprofen and was rip raring ready to go. My boss thinks I'm up to something since I'm now always smiling. First time I walked in ClearChoice I forgot I was in a dental office. Very professional, from the artwork to the plush carpeting and furniture. I had a wonderful experience with Clear Choice Dental Implant Center in San Jose. I had upper implants implanted last week, and I had very little pain or swelling. I feel great not having to wear dentures and having to deal with that awful denture adhesive. It feels almost like my original teeth. I'm glad I never read the two complaining reviews because it might of swayed me away from the San Jose office. I had totally the best care from beginning to finish. I think the staff is terrific! When I scheduled my appointment, I told their staff it was for a wisdom tooth extraction and that I was not seeking an implant. I drove 45 minutes in rush-hour traffic to my 9:30 a.m. appointment, only to be told, "No implant, no extraction." I wasted 90 minutes of my time, plus gas and mileage. DON'T TRUST CLEAR CHOICE SAN JOSE!!! Do yourself (and your wallet) a favor: Steer clear of this scam Dental Company! DON'T TRUST CLEAR CHOICE SAN JOSE!!! I spent 30k in 2020 on an all on 4, implant surgery & zirconia prosthetic meant to "last a lifetime" it's now cracked & unrepairable! Conveniently for clear choice-just out of warranty! I have to spend more of my retirement $ now for a replacement! LET THE BUYER BEWARE! You are warned... DON'T TRUST CLEAR CHOICE SAN JOSE!!!

My first review 6 months ago give complement to the staff, which was so deceiving. Last Monday was the final delivery of my over denture. My appointment was 2:30 waited for about 30 minutes. The technician and the doctor applied something in my gum which was very uncomfortable I cannot move my mouth for at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I tried my new denture but it doesn't snap technician and doctor tried but not snapping so they decided I need to tried it see if it works. I paid 30,000 up front for top and bottom implants was NEVER told the set placed on day of surgery was temporary while my gums healed and all! And that the REAL set won't be placed until i pay the balance - another 15,000 ! Which i do not have and probably won't have for about a year at least. when picking tooth color i was told not to go with real white as people notice them as fake more often and they would do whiter if i wasn't happy but now are saying that can only be done with permanent set when balance paid in full !... read more

I had an appointment last November for cleaning, that was canceled and moved to January 31. Yesterday I received a text that that appointment was cancelled due to dentist unavailable, call the office to reschedule. I called to reschedule and was told they were closed on Fridays and the next opening is April 1st. Why would they schedule me an appointment on a day they were closed? I had the implants done in 2021 and suppose to have 6-month checkup and cleaning. It's now going on 4 years, and I have seen them 3 times. Dentist... read more

Clear Choice showed up in my email because I was searching for dental implants. I called and a woman spoke to me about what great decision I had made. Clear Choice said nothing about the fact that "they" do not accept any kind of insurance, period! Although I said, I had insurance and my insurance would pay half. I also said Delta Dental believes any tooth replacement is for "cosmetic reasons". So they will only pay half. But that is a review for another day. Spent $44,000 on implants upfront and have an infection in one and they leave me sitting in the lobby for 2.5 hours. While they parade in prospects to fleece for $40k each. Once you pay you are no longer a priority to them. They are taking walking before me. Surgery was three weeks ago and if you asked me if I would do it again the answer is no.
