I am very unhappy with the results. I would not recommend anyone to go to clear choice. The upper plate they gave me fits terrible. So thick I can not speak properly and it won't stay in place. The plate is so rough my tongue keeps going to all the imperfections and it's misaligned from my bottom teeth! It just looks wrong! They made my teeth really short and small. I am happy with my implants and when I was there the staff was friendly. My problem with them is how they stressed how important it is to have your teeth cleaned every 6 months. They said they would provide this service for a fee of $250, which I was happy to pay after spending thousands to have my teeth maintained. That was 3yrs ago. I have had my teeth cleaned once, there have been several cancellations and excuses, they recommended an outside vendor for cleaning, for almost $500. I typically don't like to leave a negative review, but I felt compelled to write this, so no one else gets mistreated this way. They only care about preforming big money procedures. I have gone almost three years without care because they will not preforming care for their product.... thumbs down.... once toy have implants, no one else can help.......

Paid 30k to have all my teeth removed for a 1 day procedure(it wasn't). Takes a minimum of 3 months. Are they lying about that? Evidently. The doc said I needed to be awake for the implant procedure so they pumped me full of novacaine. Said I wouldn't feel a thing. I did. Felt every turn of the screws. Can't remember a worse pain, ever. I only blame myself though because I let him do it. Should have rose up and knocked him out. Would like to even now. Better yet, put 8 implants in his mouth while he's wide awake. I would not recommend this place at all, there are many more dentist much more professional than clear choice. Clear choice just takes your money. After taking your money they set up an appointment months later and then keep cancelling the appointments. So unprofessional. Don't waste your money with this guys

Clear Choice = Bad Choice There is definitely something wrong with the way Clear Choice Dental implant San Jose office is run. This is a "get all the money up front" business that once paid, makes excuses, reschedules, delays and at every stage leaves you hanging. Slick sales staff makes it all seem so professional but once the service and product is paid for (that's how they operate, everything paid in advance) all procedures are delayed and rescheduled, sometimes months later than promised. They did a fine job on my implants at the San Jose office but BE AWARE they are no longer booking ANY cleaning appointments. It has been well over a year since I have been able to get a cleaning. Having implants, I don't have a dentist and am at a loss as to where to find someone qualified to remove and clean my implants. Clear Choice continues to advertise for new implant clients but don't take care of those they have!

WARNING: NOT RECOMMENDED. My son paid $54,000 a year ago and still does not have his permantent teeth. They make excuse after excuse, set appointments then cancel them. They were too incompetant to do the surgery correctly and now tell him he needs more surgery to remove a root they left in and claim they can't do the permanent teeth until then. They made an appointment for surgery but then canceled it with no new appointment. The temporary teeth are poorly made, do not fit properly and break easily. I do not recommen... read more
