I had an appointment last November for cleaning, that was canceled and moved to January 31. Yesterday I received a text that that appointment was cancelled due to dentist unavailable, call the office to reschedule. I called to reschedule and was told they were closed on Fridays and the next opening is April 1st. Why would they schedule me an appointment on a day they were closed? Clear Choice showed up in my email because I was searching for dental implants. I called and a woman spoke to me about what great decision I had made. Clear Choice said nothing about the fact that "they" do not accept any kind of insurance, period! Although I said, I had insurance and my insurance would pay half. I also said Delta Dental believes any tooth replacement is for "cosmetic reasons". So they will only pay half. But that is a review for another day. Spent $44,000 on implants upfront and have an infection in one and they leave me sitting in the lobby for 2.5 hours. While they parade in prospects to fleece for $40k each. Once you pay you are no longer a priority to them. They are taking walking before me. Surgery was three weeks ago and if you asked me if I would do it again the answer is no.

My teeth were in terrible shape. I had dentures that clung to the teeth on both sides. But as time passed, they started falling out, and eventually, I didn't have any teeth left to hold the dentures. BEWARE. SLIPPERY BUSINESS! Tacky and unprofessional with zero credibility. I was discriminated by two angry receptionists, one of whom was sneezing and sniffling (without a mask). Not too smart in a surgical center! They took our $1000 without contract or signature. When we requested refund we were told it has to go through "the process." Fraud?! No wonder people are complaining. Date of experience: March 21, 2023

if i could i would give them -0. DONT GO TO CLEAR CHOICE. all they care about is getting your money. they lie and tell you that the teeth will last a life time. i paid 42,000. 8 years ago and 350.00 everytime i have to go in to get them repaired cuz they keeo breaking at least 10 times breaking. now they are all they way worn down to almost nothing so i have to pay another 14,000 to gey an upgrade which they never mentioin in the first place.

Run for the hills. Just came in to this nice office but don't be fooled. It's at actually a little creepy how all these people are going in their and getting all their teeth pulled. The doctor told me I needed all my upper teeth pulled because my bridges were failing. They gave me a estimate of $32000! I came home feeling devastated and immediately saw my dentist who ran x rays and said my teeth our fine but just need two root canals! STAY AWAY!! This trash facility infected my eighties mouth! She wasn't able to eat for weeks and the doctor wouldn't take responsibility! The whole neighborhood has been taking care of her. Due to infection her teeth, moth and FACIAL BONES!!! Are all screwed up! She is in major pain and I ca t believe after the horrific story I heard this place is open! And best part, they charged her!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!

Ok friends all these years later and my moms teeth are starting to fall Out. First about one year ago she lost a front tooth it fell off the bridge. She was devistated as she was not even eating anything hard. Fast forward to last week July 2022. She has lost at least theee different teeth and each time it was not an easy fix. She is so embarrassed with a missing tooth she can't leave the house. To replace the tooth they have to remove the top teeth so she is a gummer with the two implants still left in place.
