In 2017 Clear Choice Dental in Walnut Creek replaced all of my teeth with dental implants. The final set was put in on the morning of the day I was moving to Nevada. The final set did not fit properly resulting in clicking when chewing and jaw pain. The closest Clear Choice Facility was in Roseville, CA. Dr. Forte saw me and recommended a new set of implants be made at no cost to me. The first set was not right but Dr. Forte didn't throw his hands in the air and give up. Was the best choice I could have ever made. I have beautiful teeth now. I don't have to worry about which "tooth"" would need to be worked on next. And I HATE going to the dentist. I've spent thousands of dollars on trying to "fix" my teeth. This was so EASY and everyone was so KIND and NONJUDGEMENTAL. The doctors and staff were so welcoming, calming etc. I was scared when going in, but they put me at ease. I was in and out in one day as far as the implants go. I would HIGHLY recommend Clearchoice!

My husband is at the end of his procedure for implants. Upper and lower. Cost, $51,000. Ouch. Because he had nerve damage was able to claim on our taxes for medical, not cosmetic. Now, they told him 9 months for completion of work but by the time he is done 15 months. But he wanted them perfect so many adjustments to get where he wanted them to be. I just had my procedure done here at Clear Choice in Roseville Ca. I am beyond satisfied . The staff were all absolutely amazing and so was Dr. Forde. After some of the last reviews I was worried but decided to go along with my treatment do to the care I had received so far. Boy, I am sure glad I did. Major lifetime decisions ! I came here for a second opinion. Very impressed by professionalism and all their procedures that they did prior to estimate. Sandra was excellent and professional. Second appointment for an exam was extremely thorough and very good as well. Cost wise this is certainly not cheap to do. My regular dentist was much more expensive and would take a lot more time. I am so grateful for the decision I made to choose clearchoice as my dental service savior. My mouth was as bad as it gets, I'm not telling you that to brag. I want you to understand that this was one of the most scary decision I've ever had to make but It was about my health and I could not put it off any longer. I went to my initial consultation appointment yesterday at clear choice in Roseville. A little back story about me- I was in an extremely bad abusive relationship in my early twenties which ended with a month full of broken teeth along with a diminished level of self esteem and severe ptsd regarding things near my face or mouth.
